How do I know that this workshop is for me?

This workshop is designed for trainers and facilitators who want to increase the craft in designing and delivering experiential learning programme.

This workshop suits trainers and facilitators with at least 2-3 years of stand-up delivery experience to very experienced trainers and facilitators.

What is the format of learning?

Day 1 of the programme is dedicated to experiencing key pieces of the workshop where you will be participants while our trainer role models all the skills and concepts.

Day 2 and Day 3 allow each participant to integrate skills and concepts covered into their workshop delivery. These two days are also more emergent, skills and contents covered depend on what would be relevant and useful.

What about the trainer?

"Yen Kai is very very skilled and experienced at what he do. I really enjoyed the teaching style where he gave us enough resources to do our own presentations then provide us feedback and teachings after. It made something really difficult to understand more manageable. Yen Kai also observes and listens actively to provide us targeted feedback, ensuring that we're still with him throughout the class. He is also really funny :) and patient. I've never met a trainer like him and would love to attend his other workshops too!"

Jing Xuan, Woodlandshealth Pte Ltd

"My key takeaway from Yen Kai was experiencing how he used himself as a tool, involving the learners, showing us instead of telling us. He also created great buy-in for us to learn the various content, and treated us as fully capable learners."

Pearl Tong Sian Choo, Ontological Life Coach, Emcee

Yen Kai makes each technique look so easy, and then clearly articulates why and how it works. He provides frequent opportunities for reflection, a nurturing environment for practice, and actionable feedback. I will draw upon this experience in my professional growth for years to come.

Yen Kai is very adept in his ability to dissect and identify areas of growth for each participant to improve their skills. I am amazed by his wealth of knowledge, experience and mastery, which in many ways have shifted my belief system and allowed me to view certain situations from a new pair of lens. Grateful for your guidance and patience!

Yen Kai ran such a meaningful and practical workshop. I really enjoyed learning about framing and impact teaching, both were super eye-opening and gave me fresh ways to think about how I facilitate. I especially appreciated the chance to try things out and get feedback that was tailored to me. It helped me reflect on how I can grow and be more intentional in my practice.
